 ficance in Atlantic Canada. The nutritional status of the plant is related
  to the outcome of key yield parameters of significance for potato produce
 rs with B and Zn being the most consistently influential. Potato petiole s
 ampling is commonly used to assess the crop’s nutritional status. Multivar
 iate analyses of the potato petiole ionome can improve the resolution and 
 methodology in determining ideal nutrient concentrations. The objective of
  this study is to use discriminant analysis in order to classify fields by
  total yield and specific gravity based on the potato petiole ionome.\n\nE
