 address how the struggle for global change to life-sustaining societies af
 fects us personally.   This uses  the work of buddhist eco-theologian Joan
 na Macy (Coming Back to Life).  The approach is to move through four theme
 s: thanksgiving\, acknowledgement of the burdens of alarm\, seeing with ne
 w eyes\, and going forward.  A Monday meditation programme starts on Downt
 own Campus in February - this session is an introduction for the Mac Commu
 nity.Come to experience the work and sense how this could empower you to l
 ive well\, with the urgent need for change.
