 -Managing Partner at Orion Legal Group. Prior to this\, he held various pr
 oduct and legal advisory roles at high growth emerging technology companie
 s (Clio\, Fiix). He was also part of the intellectual property and commerc
 ial litigation groups at Fasken Martineau and Davis Polk. Matthew’s resear
 ch has been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada\, featured in several res
 pected academic journals as well as lectures at leading Canadian Universit
 ies and Organizations.\n\nPeter Mantas is the co-founder and co-Managing P
 artner at Orion Legal Group. Prior to the firm’s founding\, Peter held sen
 ior product managerial roles at Wolters Kluwer within their legal research
  group and Proofpoint\, a large eDiscovery and archiving provider for ente
 rprise legal departments looking to streamline discovery processes. Peter 
 was also part of the capital markets\, alternative investments and tax gro
 ups at McCarthy Tetrault LLP.\n\n \n
