 e speaker\n\nPierre Nguyen is a partner and patent agent at Norton Rose Fu
 lbright\, and currently teaches in the Department of Biomedical Engineerin
 g of the Faculty of Medicine of 91ºÚÁÏÍø.\n\nMr. Nguyen has had s
 uccessful mandates as chairman of the Montreal chapter of Informal Confere
 nces of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC)\, chairman of
  the IPIC/91ºÚÁÏÍø Course Committee and Director of the Understan
 ding Patents course. Mr. Nguyen has played a leading role in the creation 
 of patent portfolios for world leaders in various industries\, including c
 omputer-assisted surgery and medical devices\, aeronautics\, robotics\, re
 frigeration\, motion simulation\, business methods\, finance and general m
 echanics. Mr. Nguyen is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property.\n\nT
 his conference has been accredited for 1.5 hours of continuing legal educa
 tion by a recognized provider. \n\nPlease note that while the location is
