 e Scholarship was established in the Faculty of Law in 2013 by former stud
 ents\, friends\, family\, and colleagues of Blaine’s in recognition of his
  30 years of service. It is awarded to one or more outstanding students en
 tering the BCL/LLB program on the basis of high academic standing\, with a
  preference for students having pursued prior graduate studies. Four stude
 nts have received it since 2013.\n\nFurther donations to the scholarship i
