DESCRIPTION:Organized by the Institute of Air and Space Law\, the 91ºÚÁÏÍø In
 tramural Air Law Speed Moot Competition will provide 91ºÚÁÏÍø law students a
 t the BCL/LLB\, LLM and DCL levels with the unique opportunity to grapple 
 with fascinating topics and legal issues in aviation\, and provide a platf
 orm for budding lawyers to perfect their oral advocacy and public speaking
  skills\, as teams will debate The State of 91ºÚÁÏÍøia v. the State of Conco
 rdia in the Matter of State Subsidies to Airlines.\n\nTo participate\, eac
 h team must field two members. There will be no written submissions. Teams
  will make oral arguments only. The forum tribunal will be the Internation
 al Court of Justice. The case problem will involve the international air l
 aw principle\, found in many bilateral air services treaties\, that puts a
  restrictive cap on the amount of foreign ownership of national airlines. 
 The case will have only two principal issues (one for each team member). A
 rguments will be limited to ten minutes for each oralist. Each team will a
 rgue at least once for the appellant and once for the respondent. \n\nTher
 e will be a post-moot celebration dinner and prizes for the best team and
