 ternational Humanitarian Law (the Law of Armed Conflict) and Appellate Adv
 ocacy. He was Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada (1993-97)
 \, Minister of Health (1997-2002) and Minister of Industry and Infrastruct
 ure (2002-03). He also served as Canadian Ambassador to the United Nations
 .\n\nOrganized by the Class Presidents student group.\n\nThis seminar is a
