 cs to be discussed: what are the challenges of a transsystemic or transnat
 ional approach in scientific research? How does transsystemism differentia
 tes itself from other traditional comparative approaches? Is the bijural a
 nd bilingual transsytemic legal teaching method exportable in other jurisd
 ictions? Does transsystemic legal education meet the expectations of the l
