 ial Counsel in the arbitration department of Al Tamimi & Co. which she joi
 ned in 2013 after having practiced in London and Geneva for more than a de
 cade. A lawyer qualified to practice both in Germany as well as in England
  & Wales\, Anne’s practice focuses on international commercial and investm
 ent arbitration where she regularly acts as counsel in disputes arising un
 der all major rules (in particular ICC\, LCIA\, ICSID\, Swiss Rules\, UNCI
 TRAL) as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Anne has also served as an arbitra
 tor on several occasions. \n\nAnne is a visiting lecturer at Humboldt Univ
 ersity Berlin and regularly speaks and publishes on arbitration issues. Sh
