 minar will explore issues of independent living and security. In particula
 r\, we will examine how independent living and integration in the communit
 y can be achieved. We will discuss the challenges of balancing the need to
  protect with the right to liberty\, as well as the best policies for prom
 oting not only human dignity\, but also human flourishing.\n\nModerated by
