 			Olivier P. André is Special Counsel and Director of Dispute Resolution Ser
 vices at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution 
 (CPR). CPR is the only non-profit membership organization whose mission is
  to help global business and their lawyers resolve complex commercial disp
 utes more cost effectively and efficiently. In addition to CPR’s dispute r
 esolution services\, Olivier’s responsibilities include YADR (Young Attorn
 eys in Alternative Dispute Resolution)\, CPR’s European activities\, and t
 he Banking & Financial Services Committee. He is a member of CPR’s Arbitra
 tion Committee and the Arbitration Committee of the New York City Bar Asso
 ciation. He gained experience in international arbitration at Shearman & S
 terling LLP and at the ICC Court of International Arbitration in Paris. He
  is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. Olivier is flu
 ent in English and French\, and has a good knowledge of German.\n			About the
