 igations (particularly NAFTA Chapter 11) and in the negotiation of free tr
 ade and investment protection agreements. Prior to joining DFAIT\, Mr. Luz
  was a senior associate in the international arbitration group of White & 
 Case LLP in its Moscow and New York offices from 2001-2009.\nAbout the ser
