 estitution lawyer and counsel for the recovery of hundreds of Nazi-looted 
 artworks stolen from renowned Dutch art collector and dealer Jacques Gouds
 tikker.\n\nEmmanuelle Polack is an art historian and the author of The Art
  Market Under Occupation - 1940-1944. She was commissioned by the Louvre t
 o trace Nazi stolen art in their collection.\n\nNicholas M. O'Donnell is a
 n art restitution lawyer\, and the author of A Tragic Fate: Law and Ethics
  in the Battle Over Nazi-Looted Art. He is lead counsel for the restitutio
