 ais seulement] Marc Bungenberg is Director of the Europa-Institut and a pr
 ofessor of Public Law\, European Law and Public International Law at Saarl
 and University in Germany\, visiting professor at the University of Lausan
 ne/Switzerland and member of the scientific advisory board to the Internat
 ional Investment Law Centre in Cologne.\n\nBungenberg received his doctora
 te in law from the University of Hannover and wrote his habilitation treat
 ise at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena. He holds an LL.M. from Laus
 anne University. His main fields of research are European (Common Commerci
 al Policy\, public procurement and state aid law) and international econom
 ic law\, particularly international investment and WTO law.\n
