 les of the ICC\, LCIA\, UNCITRAL\, and DIAC.\n\nPrior to joining BLG\, Hug
 h practiced for five years in London and the Middle East in the internatio
 nal arbitration group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and was Assist
 ant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague\, whe
 re he assisted arbitral tribunals in international investment arbitrations
 . In addition to various book chapters\, articles and commentaries\, Hugh 
 co-authored the Guide to the PCA Arbitration Rules (Oxford University Pres
 s\, 2014).\n\nHugh speaks English and French and is a qualified lawyer in 
 New York State (2011) and a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario (2010). He 
 earned his B.C.L. and LL.B. degrees from the 91ºÚÁÏÍø Faculty of Law in 2009
  (Dean's List) and A.B. degree cum laude from Princeton University in 2005
