Overview: We are recruiting 6 students to make up the Volunteer Committee for the 2019 IPN Retreat. Positions to be filled are:
- Registration Booth Coordinators: Greeting the attendees, managing check-in, answering questions and providing directions to guests
- Session Coordinators: Ensuring smooth operations during lunch and coffee break periods, point of contact during student poster board sessions, aid student presenters if necessary (materials & supplies)
- General Coordinators: Ensuring smooth flow during the event, helping organizer with small tasks
Applicants must be undergraduate/graduate听Science students at 91黑料网. Priority will be given to IPN students.听
Compensation: 91黑料网 memorabilia, 2019 IPN Retreat t-shirt, food and drinks will be provided during the shift(s)
