We will cover themes such as mental fitness which w ill address emotional regulation\, self-compassion\, confidence and challe nges we experience to become more physically active or keep it up once we have started.If you are planning to start going to the gym\, or playing a sport that is new to you\, or restarting one that you did in the past and you have doubts\, discomforts\, or any kind of worry of the types of 'if's ' and 'what if's'\, then this workshop is for you\, also.This workshop con sists of five\, one-hour-and-a-half sessions. Each week we will start with a brief educational segment with discussion\, followed by an exercise rou tine\, and will end with a short debriefing reflection and open exchange. Please plan on attending all 5 sessions.
