 n this webinar\, participants will learn about terminology related to equi
 ty-centered education. They will then use that knowledge\, as well as thei
 r previous experiences\, to discuss how they can help create inclusive vir
 tual communities.Learning ObjectivesAt the end of this workshop\, particip
 ants will be able to:- Identify terminology related to anti-oppression and
  inclusivity.- Reflect on how systems of oppression appear in everyday lif
 e.- Describe how systems of oppression manifest in a virtual context. IMPO

 ty: Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) and Our Shared Spaces (OSS) are c
 ommitted to providing educational content that is accessible to as many au
 diences as possible\, regardless of ability. In the COVID-19 context\, our
  workshops are provided via Zoom with automatic transcription enabled. Our
  PowerPoints go through an accessibility-checker\, and if instructions are
  provided\, they are given verbally and via written text. We provide conte
 nt warnings throughout the workshop as needed. As a participant\, you will
  have ample opportunity for varied engagement\, some examples are via the 
 Zoom chat function\, breakout rooms\, listening\, and verbally in the larg
 er group. There are no scheduled breaks but we encourage participants to t
