She has worked in par tnership with Indigenous leadership\, not-for-profit organizations\, gover nment institutions\, and private businesses.  Ms. Baldo has provided exper tise in Gender-Based Analysis (GBA+)\, citizen engagement\, and human righ ts consultations.  Bianca has completed a Bachelors of Arts in Comparative Development from Trent University\, with a specialization in social mobil izations and women’s rights\, a Civil Law degree from the University of Ot tawa with an emphasis on gender equality and international human rights\, and a Masters in Law from 91ºÚÁÏÍø on violence against women and human trafficking in Jamaica.
