 to a promotion Matt Adolphe\, B.A.\, M.A. Matt Adolphe teaches writing and
  communication courses at various post-secondary institutes\, including th
 e University of Calgary\, Mount Royal University\, and SAIT.  At SAIT\, he
  teaches a variety of leadership and professional communication courses on
 line. He holds a B.A. in Indigenous Studies and History from Laurentian Un
 iversity and an M.A. in Communication Management from the University of So
 uth Australia. Beyond teaching\, his professional life has been punctuated
  with experiences as a political organizer\, volunteer\, career coach\, co
 nsultant\, actor\, radio DJ\, studio musician\, speechwriter\, and media p
 resenter (the first English-speaking TV news presenter in Macao). Moreover
 \, he is the author of two books: 'Canadian Workplace Culture: Mastering t
 he Unspoken Rules' and 'Would You Hire You?' Both books are aimed at helpi
