  the three main concepts: micro-aggression\, racial gaslighting and how it
  leads race-based trauma. We will explore these topics and how it occurs i

 ew.Facilitator bio: Sabrina Jafralie\, PhD\, Educator\, Consultant\, Co-Fo
 under and ActivismDr. Sabrina Jafralie has led an impressive career as a s
 econdary school teacher and a university course lecturer in her 19 years w
 orking in both United Kingdom and in Canada. Her research includes teacher
  education\, curriculum design\, religious literacy and purposeful dialogu
 e. Jafralie received her Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Concor
 dia University and a Ph.D. in Teacher Education from 91ºÚÁÏÍø in 
 2017.In 2018\, Jafralie was received the certificate of achievement for th
 e Prime Minister’s Award for Teaching Excellence. Jafralie’s recent academ
 ic work has explored the link between curriculum design to include religio
 us literacy\, anti-racism\, and purposeful dialogue. In addition to her te
 aching and research\, Jafralie does substantial activism. For her activism
 \, this year she was awarded with the Activist of Year by ByBlack.com.IMPO
