Together these skills combine to increase the comprehension\, credibility and connection needed to maximize your imp act when presenting.  Whether prepping for a 5-10 minute class presentatio n or even a 30 minute talk\, you are sure to come away with some helpful t ips that can increase your impact.  As bonus\, there will be a 15-minute o pen Q&A at the end for people to ask questions of our Presentation Skills Training Manager\, Andrew Churchill\, who will be leading the session.  Th e first workshop covers both Basic Set-up Strategies as well as Content an d Trajectory Development. You will learn set-up strategies such as lightin g\, camera and body position as well as how a framework to interrogate aud ience and purpose can be used to refine content that is accessible\, inter esting and strategic. An exercise in developing an effective hook will be shared.The second workshop covers Body Language\, Voice & the focus with a ll 3 is on understanding how to develop an engaging presence Exercises wil l focus on helping you overcome public speaking nerves as you learn to app ear confident and credible. Visual development will focus on how to effect ively supplement your talk without interfering with people’s experience of listening to you.
