 up (PCDG) Program is a 10 week program dedicated to broadening the possibi
 lities of an engaging career in Life Sciences. The  program exists to guid
 e trainees in their career exploration and preparation. Open to all gradua
 te level trainees and PDFs who are ready to explore career possibilities t
 hrough workshops andactivities both with a group of peers and independentl
 y.WHAT TO EXPECTAs part of the PCDG Program and over a series of 5 interac
 tive workshops you will:Actively engage in self-reflection through structu
 red activities\, provided in a free workbook\, to reveal individual streng
 ths\, values and interests.Work with a small group of peers to foster a su
 pportive network for discussing individual strengths\, values\, and intere
 sts to gain additional insights and perspectives.Obtain information about 
 a variety of career paths both through independent research and networking
  with PCDG participants.Prepare the documents crucial to job success (exam
