  different systems of oppression. During this session\, participants will

 y impacts our lives as individuals and communities. Participants will be e
 ncouraged to self-reflect\, share experiences\, and leave asking more ques
 tions. Strategies and tools for working towards equity will also be shared
  so that together we can all take action for social justice and change at
