Serena is a Ph.D. candidate in clinical psychology at 91ºÚÁÏÍø. Her research interests are mindfulness- and acceptance-based interventions for promoting health behavior change. She also has a keen interest in digital health technologies and implementation science. Her doctoral research focuses on developing and evaluatingÌýACTaide, a novel therapy-companion mobile application that clients can use to practice acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) exercises and metaphors in between sessions.
