This year's theme is titled Optimization and Impact: Advancing Resea rch\, Teaching and Leadership in Family Medicine.\n\nPlease note that the Distributed Medical Education (DME) team are also organizing a retreat thi s year\, one week after the main Department retreat. The team will highlig ht the unique value of rural teaching\, followed by two engaging sessions to strengthen your teaching skills.
