He is a long-standing ass ociate with the Kahnawake Schools Diabetes Prevention Program.\n\nRichard Budgell\, Labrador Inuk\, developed the first Canadian graduate course on Inuit health. With over 30 years of public service in Indigenous health\, he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal and now focuses on projects such as Inuit cultural safety and urban Inuit health.\n\nMega n Légaré is a second year PhD student in the Family Medicine and Primary C are Program of Kanien’keha:ka and European settler heritage.
