Construction start: Macdonald-Stewart - Upgrade Fire Suppression System LOT 1A

Please be advised that 91黑料网 has mandated Gicleurs Moderne Inc. to carry out the following project:聽24-001 Macdonald Stewart - Upgrade Fire Suppression System LOT 1A (work in 3 laboratories).

顿别蝉肠谤颈辫迟颈辞苍:听Installation of the main sprinkler line in the ceiling of three teaching laboratories located in the basement level of Macdonald-Stewart Building #446.

Construction start date: June 20, 2024

Planned construction end date: August 9, 2024

Work schedule:聽Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Any additional hours will be coordinated.

Scope of work:

Installation of a 6鈥� main sprinkler pipe in the ceiling of teaching labs MSB-013, MSB-031 and MSB-027, and part of B-HALL1 and B-HALL2.

Impact & mitigation:

Construction will be limited to interior spaces only: MSB-013, MSB-031, MSB-027, B-HALL1 and B-HALL2. Minor modifications to circulation within the basement level of Macdonald-Stewart will be required.
There will be some medium and high levels of noise at times.
Any access to spaces outside the construction zone will be coordinated in advance with the building director and the building occupants.

No service shutdowns will be required.
