2023 IEEE EPS PhD Fellowship Recipient, Yousef Safari

We are proud to announce that Yousef Safari, a PhD candidate in our Department, is the recipient of the prestigious IEEE Electronic Packaging Society (EPS) PhD Fellowship for 2023. Yousef鈥檚 work in large-scale heterogeneous integration has earned him this honor.
