 ergraduate\, graduate and continuing studies) are invited to attend this e
 vent with friends and family. The event is open to the 91ºÚÁÏÍø community\, 
 and alumni are encouraged to join the celebration and welcome the new grad
 uates to the Alumni network.\n\nChildcare will be offered during the event

 The Lavender Graduation Ceremony is an annual celebration that honours the
  achievements and contributions of 91ºÚÁÏÍø's Lesbian\, Gay\, Bisexual\, Tra
 ns\, Queer\, Intersex\, Pansexual\, Questioning\, Two Spirit\, Non-Binary\
 , and Asexual (2SLGBTQIA+) graduates\, and their allies and families.\n\nT
 his event is organized by the Joint Board-Senate Equity Diversity and Incl
 usion Subcommittee on Queer People\, the Equity Team and the 91ºÚÁÏÍø Queer

 SPEAKER:\n\nTim Thompson is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Evoluti
 on and Change Enablement (CECE) a part of Corporate Transformation and Ope
 rations (CTO)\, TD Bank Group. The CECE team includes multiple areas of fo
 cus for the corporate areas: digitization\, automation and innovation\, bu
 siness architecture\, process optimization and journeys\, change managemen
 t\, business analysis and location strategy.\n\nIn addition to his busines
 s line responsibilities\, Tim is Chair of TD's Lesbian\, Gay\, Bisexual\, 
 Transgender\, Queer\, Two-Spirit (LGBTQ2+) Executive Steering\n	Committee\,
  Board Member of the Governor General Leadership Conference and Chair of t
 he 91ºÚÁÏÍø Toronto Advisory Board.\n\nTim has been recognized fo
