DESCRIPTION:The CIREQ-SGI lecture on economics of the environment is an ann
 ual lecture introduced by  CIREQ  and the Sustainable Growth Initiative (S
 GI) at 91ºÚÁÏÍø. Each lecture will feature a leading scholar in the field\, 
 who will give an original overview of recent developments and debates in r
 esearch on Economics of the Environment. Lectures will address topics such
  as Climate change and economic tools to address it\, the fiscal costs of 
 climate change\, environmental impacts of trade\, the energy transition\, 
 floods and insurance\, among others.\n\nFor this second edition\, we are p
 leased to welcome Professor Ryan Kellogg\, who will deliver a lecture titl
