Simons raises its minimum wage and sets the bar

Simons has confirmed that its employees will henceforth make at least $16 per hour, four dollars above Quebec鈥檚 minimum wage.
For Desautels lecturer Dr. Robert Soroka, it鈥檚 an effective strategy that might actually save the company money.
