Karl Moore honoured in Senate of Canada

On March 25, 2026, Senator Tony Loffreda rose in the Senate of Canada to honour Karl Moore, citing his more than two decades of contributions to academia, leadership research and public discourse.

In his remarks, Senator Loffreda highlighted Moore's work on personality and executive effectiveness, including his research on introverts, ambiverts and extroverts in leadership roles, and his most recent book, We Are All Ambiverts Now: Introverts, Ambiverts, and Extroverts in the C-Suite, co-authored with Gabriele Hartshorne-Mehl and drawing on more than 750 interviews with global CEOs and senior executives.

Senator Loffreda also recognized Moore's broader impact as a teacher, Forbes contributor and host of The CEO Series podcast, as well as his guest teaching at institutions including Harvard, Stanford and Cambridge.
