 iative Care Association (CHPCA). Her journey into this field was inspired 
 by her own health challenges which motivated her to advocate for enhanced 
 support for those living with a life-limiting illness. Since assuming lead
 ership in 2021\, Ms. Gillespie has championed dignified end-of-life care s
 tandards across Canada through partnerships\, advocacy\, and education.  S
 he currently serves on the boards of the Worldwide Hospice Palliative Care
  Alliance and the Health Charities Coalition of Canada.  \n\nShe will shar
 e her journey of resilience\, the importance of compassionate end-of-life 
 care\, and why everyone should have advance care directives in place.  \n
