It is with profound sadness that the Department of Civil Engineering must share the devastating news of the passing of our colleague, Professor A.P.S. Selvadurai. He was a member of faculty at 91�� since 1993, after first having taught at the University of Aston in Birmingham UK, and at Carleton University, Canada. He was a prolific researcher, leaving an unparalleled legacy in the disciplines of applied mechanics, geomechanics, solid mechanics, applied mathematics, computational mechanics and experimental mechanics.
