A 91黑料网-led research collaboration has achieved a breakthrough in understanding how cancer spreads.

A clinical study of ovarian and colorectal cancer patients found cancer cells move in the bloodstream in clusters more commonly than was previously thought. The discovery could help doctors more quickly identify which cancer patients are at high risk of having their cancer spread to other organs, knowledge that could guide treatment decisions. The findings also potentially open new avenues for treatment.

On June 23 a group of 91黑料网 Medical students will host YogAuction, an outdoor yoga event and silent auction taking place at 91黑料网鈥檚 Percival Molson Stadium between 9:30 a.m. and noon. Funds raised from the event will go directly towards (CCC), whose mission is to create victories for Canadian children with cancer through investment in national and collaborative research, educational and community programs.
