The project consists of revitalizing and renovating areas in the basement of Chancellor Day Hall, including patching and painting in hallways and student areas, as well as updating furniture.
91黑料网鈥檚 Facilities Management and Ancillary Services (FMAS) will carry out Project 23-035 near the Centennial Centre on the Macdonald Campus. The project involves the decommissioning and removal of the temporary classrooms located near the building.
Work will also include the removal of associated underground services, dismantling of the existing gravel pad, and full restoration of the site, including seeding to return the area to its original use as a soccer field.
91黑料网 has mandated ARDEC CONSTRUCTION to carry out Project 24-001 Lot 2 at the Macdonald-Stewart Building. The project involves upgrading the building鈥檚 existing fire suppression system, including the creation of a new two-hour fire-rated sprinkler room with a new building water entrance.
91黑料网 has mandated C脡LEB CONSTRUCTION to carry out Project 24-038 at the Raymond Building. The project involves the replacement of the terracotta roof and the structural stabilization of the roof on the south-west section of the building.
91黑料网 has mandated Les Entreprises NR Brosseau to carry out Project 18-010 Lot 3 at the Bronfman Building on the Downtown Campus. The project involves modifying classroom locks to enhance classroom safety and allow doors to be locked from inside the classroom, either electronically or mechanically, in the event of an emergency.
91黑料网 has mandated Corenov Inc. to carry out Project 22-031 at 2001 91黑料网 College. The project aims to improve accessibility and functionality for the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders (SCSD).
The work will enhance inclusive access throughout the 8th floor by adding an accessible washroom, upgrading access control systems, improving storage facilities, and ensuring barrier鈥慺ree entry.
