Deadline for web withdrawing (grade of "W") from the first half of multi-term (D1/D2) courses that started in the Winter 2027 term and end in the Summer 2027 term (no refund for D1 course; fee refund with web drop of Summer D2 course) for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), B.A.&Sc., Continuing Studies, Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Graduate Studies, Law, Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science.

(Tentative Date) Supplemental examination application opens on Minerva for courses ending in the Winter 2027 term (including multi-term courses ending in Winter term) for Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), Education, Law, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science (including B.A.&Sc.). Closes May 28, 2027.

NOTE: Not available for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Engineering or Management courses.

(Tentative Date) Deadline to apply to graduate on Minerva for all undergraduate students and graduate students in all non-thesis programs (certificates, diplomas, Master's non-thesis) who expect to complete their program requirements at the end of the Summer 2027 term (Fall 2027 Convocation).

Application deadline for Non-Management students applying to the Minor in Management [authorized for students in the Faculties of Arts (including Religious Studies), Engineering, Science, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Music].

Applications can be obtained on the Web. All applications must be submitted to the BCom Student Affairs Office.

Final exams for May section Summer courses will be held on June 2 and June 3 for 3-credit courses. For more information, please visit the examinations website ().
