Trancart is a Manager in Responsible Beauty for Europe Hair Care at Procter & Gamble, and has become one of its Accessibility Champions. 鈥淥riginally, I didn鈥檛 want to be the blind guy working on accessibility,鈥 he says. But Trancart, intrigued by the practicality of the work, now addresses the challenges he personally faces. 鈥淚鈥檓 80-90% on accessibility and can鈥檛 see myself doing anything else.鈥

But it is actually an innovative research facility that uses technology to improve our understanding consumer behaviour. Known as the聽Retail Innovation Lab, a partnership between 91黑料网鈥檚 Bensadoun School of Retail Management and Alimentation Couche-Tard,聽it is the first frictionless store in Canada. Many young investors have never lived through a major market downturn, and some novices could overreact as markets fall, according to Sebastien Betermier, an Associate Professor of Finance at Desautels. Analysis has shown that novice investors sold their holdings in greater numbers following the recession of 2008, and saw their portfolios perform more poorly than experienced investors, who were more likely to have bought in while prices were low and to stay the course.
