Introverted leaders. Five years ago you didn’t hear much about them. Particularly since Susan Cain’s excellent book Quiet (see my review below), they have been getting much more attention. But introverted leaders have been around a long time – Moses in the Old Testament appears to have been one. In this post I talk to the former CEO of the Montreal Canadiens hockey team about one of this storied team’s best captains, Saku Koivu, a great introverted leader.
