Lecture period and clinical rotations for 4th year Medicine students (Clerkships).

(Tentative Date) Last day for Medicine year 4 clinical rotations or courses.

Approval Deadline no.2 for Research Grants/Contracts (2F/2M fund type). Approval deadline for PI/Delegate when Reconciler is FSTM.

Approval Deadline no.2 for all other fund types. Approval deadline for FFM/PI/Delegate.

The deadline to approve transactions on MOPS, with a transaction processing date of March, is聽April 20th.

(Tentative Date) Examination period for 4th year Dentistry students.

Council Meetings are open to all Full Members, Associate Members, and Retired Members, unless Council votes to close a meeting because of the confidentiality of some matter before Council. Members who attend Council Meetings as invitees may join as observers only and do not have the right to speak or vote.
