 teen years\, Heiser served the last eight of those as the elected district
  attorney in Benton County\, Oregon. He has been president of the Oregon D
 istrict Attorneys Association (ODAA) and a member of the Governor鈥檚 Drug a
 nd Violent Crime Advisory Committee. Scott Heiser received his JD from Nor
 thwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.\nThis event is brought t
