 nsider.\n \nThe Honorable John H. Gomery\, Commissioner of the Inquiry int
 o the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities\, and Bernard St. Lau
 rent\, host and Senior Political Editor at CBC\, take a critical look at c
 orruption. John H. Gomery will explore the recurring phenomenon of corrupt
 ion in government\, the usefulness of commissions of enquiry to expose unl
 awful conduct and mismanagement and why such commissions tend to be loved 
 by the public and disliked\, with some justification\, by those whose name
