 ' to be\n'managed.' The workshop will include:\n\nIdentifying polarities i
 n distinction from problems to be\nsolved\nUsing the 'polarity mapping' te
 chnique - a powerful tool for\nmanaging polarities to experience more of t
 he 'up sides' of both\npoles\, and less of the 'down sides'\nCommunicating
  effectively about the polarity in times of\nconflict\nDrawing upon Polari
 ty Management techniques to deal with other\nforms of conflict\n\nBy the e
 nd of each session\, participants will have a greater\nunderstanding of co
 nflict and polarities as well as some concrete\ntools they can draw upon i
