 program is situated at the Montreal Children’s Hospital\, where Ms\nDesroc
 hers is the administrator for the Northern and Native health\nprogram and 
 the paediatric outreach services.\nShe co-chairs the development of Telehe
 alth for the 91ºÚÁÏÍø\nUniversity Integrated Healthcare Network. She is acti
 ve in many\nsectors of the Health and social services network\, sits at th
 e\nclinical advisory committee for the Quebec electronic health record\n(D
 SQ) representing the Quebec Order of Nurses (OIIQ).\n\nMs. Desrochers has 
 a bachelor in nursing from the University of\nCalgary\, holds a certificat
 e in community health from the\nUniversity of Québec in Trois-Rivières\, a
 nd a Master of Science\ndegree\, in Health Administration\, from the Unive
 rsity of\nMontreal.\n
