 mon European law of torts.  He is one of the chief editors\nof the Journal
  of Network Industries. He has been a guest\nprofessor at 91ºÚÁÏÍø Universit
 y (2002) and National University of\nSingapore (2004) and a senior fellow 
 at Chicago's North Western\nUniversity (2009-10).\nProfessor Larouche is t
 he author of more than fifty scientific\npapers published in reputable law
  and economics journals.\n \n
