 ).\nNote that only those students who missed the Pre-Departure\nOrientatio
 n session in October should attend.\nRegister here\nRefreshments will be s
 erved.\n\n\n\nArrive a few minutes early to sign in and pick up your\ninfo
 rmation package before the start of the session.\n\n\n\nSpecific topics co
 vered include:\n\nCanadian Consular Services (Travel Reports from the Depa
 rtment\nof Foreign Affairs)\;\nPersonal health abroad\, including healthy 
 travel tips\;\n91ºÚÁÏÍø-Related Travel Guidelines\;\nManaging you
 r success abroad\; and\nTravel Registry - all students participating in a
 \nUniversity-related international activity (i.e.\, bilateral\nexchange\, 
 internship\, independent study-away\, graduate work or\nother activity) ar
 e required to register their travel on Minerva\nwww.mcgill.ca/students/int
 ernational/registry/\n\nThe 91ºÚÁÏÍø-Related Travel Guidelines re
 quire all\nstudents participating in a University-related international tr
 avel\nactivity to attend Pre-Departure Orientation.\nNote that graduate st
 udents travelling to attend\ninternational conferences or formally organiz
 ed workshops in\ncountries listed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and
 \nInternational Trade (DFAIT - http://www.voyage.gc.ca/index-eng.asp)\nas 
 Level-1 (Exercise normal security precautions) or Level-2\n(Exercise a hig
 h degree of caution) are not required to attend\nPre-Departure Orientation
  but are required to complete a Travel\nRegistry form on Minerva for all t
 ravel activities.\n
