They are not fully understood but\nare a symbiosis of neurobiology\, psychology & science.\nI nterestingly\, dreams have been proven to be vulnerable to\nmanipulation. As well\, they are an important tool in research to\nunderstand the workin gs of the mind. This presentation will try to\nuncover some of the mysteri es around dreams and their scientific\nimpressions.\n\n\nDaishali complete d her undergraduate degree in India\, obtaining a\nBachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from R.V. College of\nEngineering\, Bangalore in 2009. A fter that she completed an M.Sc.\n(Thesis) in Bioresource Engineering. Sge is presently involved in\nPhD studies with the goal of taking her Master’ s degree work to the\nnext level.\n\n\nItem 6: Seminar by Peter Adewale:\n Airport Operations Management System\n\nThe air transport industry is one of the most complex environments\naround while security is a great challen ge in the industry. The\nglobal demand for air travel and cargo keeps incr easing faster than\never. Airport business processes are complex and can o ften cause a\nlack of collaboration among parties. Each airport\, airline or\ntenant operational system running within an airport is a unique\nentit y and a combination of several and diverse subsystems that\nrequire comple x integration. Most airline operators use different\nDeparture Control Sys tem (DCS)\, where each DCS has of a different\nsystem configuration and re quirements. Integration of this\nenvironment (Airport) requires state-of-t he-art technology and\ninfrastructure. Implementation of an Airport Operat ions Management\nSystem (AOMS) at the Murtala Mohammed International Airpo rt (MMIA)\nin Lagos\, Nigeria solved the problems at the airport. This sol ution\nsignificantly minimized the potential for operational failures and \nfacilitates free flow of information between airport authorities\,\nairl ines\, ground handling and air traffic control within the\nairport.\n\nPet er Adewale is a PhD student in the Department of Bioresource\nEngineering\ , 91ºÚÁÏÍø. He works under the supervision of\nDr. Ngadi. He obta ined a B. Eng. in Agricultural Engineering from\nthe University of Ilorin and an M.Sc\, in Agricultural and\nEnvironmental Engineering from the Univ ersity of Ibadan\, both in\nNigeria. Peter comes from the south- west regi on of Nigeria. Prior\nto joining the University of Ilorin\, Ilorin\, Niger ia as Lecturer\,\nPeter worked with several organizations as a consultant and project\nsupervisor.\n DTSTART:20100909T140000Z DTEND:20100909T153000Z LOCATION:Raymond Building\, CA\, QC\, St Anne de Bellevue\, H9X 3V9\, 21111 Lakeshore Road SUMMARY:BIORESOURCE ENGINEERING SEMINAR URL:/channels/event/bioresource-engineering-seminar-16 7335 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
