 oud to welcome Mr. Raymond Brais\, Vice-President of\nCogerec Consultants 
 Ltd. Since the start of his career in 1984\, Mr\nBrais has acquired a soli
 d experience in the construction and\nfabrication industries. His professi
 onal activities have developed\nfrom field / office assignments to manager
 ial roles in construction\nproject management\, in Canada\, the United Sta
 tes and Algeria.\nDuring his career\, Mr Brais has been responsible\, in w
 hole or in\npart\, for construction projects varying in value from a few\n
 millions to hundreds of millions of dollars.\nMr Brais possesses a wide ex
 perience in the management of civil\nconstruction projects\, including tun
 nels\, roadwork\, pipeline and\nmaritime work\, as well as in the installa
 tion of structural steel\nand curtain walls. His experience in project man
 agement includes\nthe preparation\, analysis and negotiation of claims.\nM
 r. Brais has a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from 91������\nUniversit
 y.\nThis is sure to be a very interesting and diverse event\, so come\nand
