This expert panel discussion will involve leading\ninte rnational legal experts in the field of climate change\, all of\nwhom atte nded the COP15 conference.\nThe focus of the discussion will be the event' s international\nimplications and their concrete impact on developing and developed\ncountries. Panellists will critically review the legal results as\nwell as the inside workings of the conference in terms of the\nenviron mental impact of climate change\, but also with regard to\neffects in such seminal areas as trade and investment\, human rights\nor health.\nThe pan el will be chaired by Ms. Marie Claire Cordonier\nSegger (Centre for Inter national Sustainable Development\nLaw).
